What’s the turnaround time for a project?
I am often asked how long the design process takes, it is truly different for every situation. Most client projects book at least a month in advance and it can range from two weeks to a couple of months. Turnaround time varies from project to project, but on average, most designs take about 5 weeks to complete from start to launch. Rush projects can sometimes be accommodated for additional fee.
After a client books, I send all my prospective clients a questionnaire to be filled out, asking for specific details to help them be prepared for the branding process ahead of time. The more clearly they convey their vision the more quickly the project will progress. We’ll outline a specific timeline at the beginning of your project and we’ll communicate with you every step of the way to ensure that you are satisfied with your design at every stage of the design process.
(All time estimates are dependent upon the complexity of the projects, revisions, client response timely matter and my current booking calendar. If you are on a very short time-frame please inquire about our current availability prior to booking your project.)
What is your payment detail? Do you offer payment plans?
Breanna Jock Design Studio accepts payment through Paypal, Stripe or Square. Payment for packages is split into two parts, the first 50% is due prior to the beginning of the project and the remaining 50% is due before the final files are delivered. Additional payment plans are available upon request.
When you are ready to book your service, simply ask us about our variety of payment options. We will be happy to discuss each payment plan with you and to discover which one works within your budget. (All prices and packages listed in this guide are subjected to change.)
How many revisions are included?
Two rounds of revisions are included in all of our packages. This may include major changes to the design, or simple color tweaks. While I’m usually happy to work until the project is to your liking, extra rounds of revisions will be charged at my hourly rate of $50.
Do we need to be local to work together?
Absolutely not! I’ve work with clients from all over the United States and beyond. Most of my design projects are done remotely via email. We are open and flexible, so location is not a problem. If you happen to be located in Northern New York (Adirondack area) and you prefer to discuss about your project in person then I am happy to arrange a meeting with you once you booked with me. I already have a logo designed, can I still work with you?
You sure can! If you already have a strong brand established, there are many ways we can work together to continue building your brand. If you are in need of consistent, professional looking images to use for your messaging, you may be interested in the in-house designer service.
If you have a logo but need a website redesign for better customer/client experience, I can help. Or if you need a look book, ebook, or any other kind of book designed, I do that too.
